Test conditions (180 °peel force test)

เงื่อนไขการทดสอบ (การทดสอบความแรงในการแยกที่ 180 องศา)：

• 测试标准 test standard มาตรฐานการทดสอบ：GB/T2792-1998；
  
• 测试样品宽度 Test sample width ความกว้างของตัวอย่างการทดสอบ：25mm；
  
• 测试被贴物 Test the pasted object วัสดุที่ถูกยึดติดในการทดสอบ: เหล็กแผ่น SUS304 钢板(SUS304 steel plate)；
  
• 测试环境 test environment สภาพแวดล้อมการทดสอบ：温度 temperature อุณหภูมิ 23±2℃；相对湿度 relative humidity ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์：55%±5%；
  
• 测试速度test speed ความเร็วการทดสอบ：300mm/min；
  
• 制备试样前，试样卷(片)、试板应在温度为23±2℃，相对湿度为55%±5%条件下放置2h以上。
  Before preparing the samples, the sample rolls (sheets) and test plates should be placed for more than 2 hours under conditions of a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±5%.
  ก่อนเตรียมตัวอย่างทดสอบ ม้วนตัวอย่างทดสอบ (แผ่นตัวอย่างทดสอบ) และแผ่นทดสอบ ควรวางไว้ภายใต้สภาวะอุณหภูมิ 23±2 องศาเซลเซียส และความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ 55%±5% เป็นเวลามากกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง

คำแนะนำการใช้งาน：

• 被贴物表面状况可能影响橡胶带贴合效果,使用前请将被贴物表面油污、水分、灰尘等杂质清理干净；
  The surface condition of the pasted object may affect the bonding effect of the silicone tape. Please clean up the impurities such as oil, moisture and dust on the surface of the pasted object before use.
  สภาพพื้นผิวของวัสดุที่ถูกยึดติดอาจส่งผลกระทบต่อประสิทธิภาพการยึดติดของเทป โปรดทำความสะอาดสิ่งเจือปนเช่น คราบน้ำมัน ความชื้น ฝุ่น ออกจากพื้นผิววัสดุที่ถูกยึดติดให้สะอาดก่อนใช้งาน
  
  
• 多种溶剂和水份会引起橡胶带残留,如被贴物有经溶剂擦拭或印刷等工艺,请经过充分干燥后再贴合蓝橡胶带；
  A variety of solvents and moisture can cause the rubber tape to remain. If the object to be pasted has undergone processes such as solvent wiping or printing, please ensure it is fully dried before sticking  the blue rubber tapa.
  ตัวทำละลาย และน้ำสามารถทำให้เกิดการตกค้างของยาง เช่น กระบวนการต่าง ๆ เช่น การติดตราสารทำละลายผ่านการทำความสะอาด หรือพิมพ์โปรดตรวจสอบให้แห้งก่อน ที่จะติดแถบยางสีฟ้า
  
  
• 由于环境温度、湿度会对橡胶带剥离力产生较大影响,如要获得稳定的剥离力,请将蓝橡胶带与被贴物在23±2℃，相对湿度为55%±5%条件下放置2h以上再使用；
  Because the environmental temperature and humidity will have a significant impact on the peeling force of rubber tape, if you want to obtain a stable peeling force, please place the blue rubber tape and the adherend object under conditions of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±5%  for more than 2 hours before use.
  เนื่องจากอุณหภูมิสิ่งแวดล้อมความชื้นสามารถส่งผลกระทบต่อแรงลอกของยาง เช่น การลอกออก ที่มีเสถียรภาพให้นำสายยางสีฟ้ามาใช้กับสิ่ง ที่แนบมาด้วย ที่ 23±2℃ ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ 55%±5% หรือ สภาวะใช้งานมากกว่า 2 h
  
  
• 产品的胶层属于对压力敏感的胶黏剂，所以在贴合时须给予充分压贴；
  The adhesive layer of the product is a pressure-sensitive adhesive, so it is necessary to apply sufficient pressure during bonding.

• 橡胶带在贴合好20分钟内对被贴物剥离力会有一个少量爬升的现象，20分钟后剥离力趋于稳定；
  The rubber tape will be a slight increase in the peeling force within 20 minutes after bonding.After 20 minutes the peeling force tends to be stable.

• 在产品胶层完整性被破坏以后，使用时有可能会产生残留现象,所以请根据使用工艺进行充分研究；
  After the integrity of the product's adhesive layer is damaged, there may be residue during use. So please conduct thorough research based on the use process.

储存条件及有效期

Storage conditions and expiration date

เงื่อนไขการจัดเก็บและอายุการใช้งาน：

• 产品***储存条件：避免阳光直射，温度10-30℃，湿度小于70%；
  The best storage conditions of the product: avoid direct sunlight, the temperature is 10-30℃ and the humidity is below 70%.
  งื่อนไขการจัดเก็บที่ดีที่สุดของผลิตภัณฑ์: หลีกเลี่ยงแสงแดดส่องตรง อุณหภูมิ 10-30 ℃ ความชื้นน้อยกว่า 70%
  

• 在生产日期后6个月内使用产品，可获得***的使用性能。对日光直射、高温（40℃以上）、高湿（70%RH 以上）、低温（0℃以下）等条件下不作时间上的保证。
  The best performance can be obtained by using the product within 6 months after the production date. No time guarantee is given under the conditions of direct sunlight, high temperature (above 40℃), high humidity (above 70%RH) and low temperature (below 0℃).
