Test conditions (180 °peel force test)

เงื่อนไขการทดสอบ (การทดสอบความแรงในการแยกที่ 180 องศา)：

• 测试标准 test standard มาตรฐานการทดสอบ：GB/T2792-1998；
  
• 测试样品宽度 Test sample width ความกว้างของตัวอย่างการทดสอบ：25mm；
  
• 测试被贴物 Test the pasted object วัสดุที่ถูกยึดติดในการทดสอบ: เหล็กแผ่น SUS304 钢板(SUS304 steel plate)；
  
• 测试环境 test environment สภาพแวดล้อมการทดสอบ：温度 temperature อุณหภูมิ 23±2℃；相对湿度 relative humidity ความชื้นสัมพัทธ์：55%±5%；
  
• 测试速度test speed ความเร็วการทดสอบ：300mm/min；
  
• 制备试样前，试样卷(片)、试板应在温度为23±2℃，相对湿度为55%±5%条件下放置2h以上。
  Before preparing the samples, the sample rolls (sheets) and test plates should be placed for more than 2 hours under conditions of a temperature of 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of 55%±5%.

คำแนะนำการใช้งาน：

• 被贴物表面状况可能影响胶带贴合效果,使用前请将被贴物表面油污、水分、灰尘等杂质清理干净；
  The surface condition of the pasted object may affect the bonding effect of the silicone tape. Please clean up the impurities such as oil, moisture and dust on the surface of the pasted object before use.

• 多种溶剂和水份会引起胶带残留,如被贴物有经溶剂擦拭或印刷等工艺,请经过充分干燥后再贴合胶带；
  A variety of solvents and moisture can cause the tape to remain. If the object to be pasted has undergone processes such as solvent wiping or printing, please ensure it is fully dried before applying the tape.

• 由于环境温度、湿度会对胶带剥离力产生较大影响,如要获得稳定的剥离力,请将胶带与被贴物在23±2℃，相对湿度为65%±5%条件下放置2h以上再使用；
  Because the environmental temperature and humidity will have a great influence on the peeling force of the silicone tape, if you want to obtain a stable peeling force, please place the green silicone tape and the adhered object for more than 2 hours under conditions od 23±2℃ and a relative humidity of 65%±5% before use.
  เนื่องจากอุณหภูมิและความชื้นของสภาพแวดล้อมมีผลกระทบอย่างมากต่อความแรงในการแยกเทป หากต้องการให้ความแรงในการแยกคงที่ โปรดวางเทปและวัสดุที่ถูกยึดติดไว้ภายใต้สภาวะอุณหภูมิ 23±2 องศาเซลเซียส และความชื้นสัมพัทธ์ 65%±5% เป็นเวลามากกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง ก่อนใช้งาน
  
  
  
• 产品的胶层属于对压力敏感的胶黏剂，所以在贴合时须给予充分压贴；
  The adhesive layer of the product is a pressure-sensitive adhesive, so it is necessary to apply sufficient pressure during bonding.

• 胶带在贴合好20分钟内对被贴物剥离力会有一个少量爬升的现象，20分钟后剥离力趋于稳定；
  Within 20 minutes after application,  the adhesive tape exhibits a slight increase in peel strength on the substrate. After 20 minutes,  the peel strength stabilizes.

• 在产品胶层完整性被破坏以后，使用时有可能会产生残留现象,所以请根据使用工艺进行充分研究；
  If the adhesive layer's integrity is damaged, residue may form during use. Thus,  a full assessment based on the actual application process is recommended.

储存条件及有效期

Storage conditions and expiration date

เงื่อนไขการจัดเก็บและอายุการใช้งาน：

• 产品***储存条件：避免阳光直射，温度10-30℃，湿度小于70%。
  The best storage conditions of the product: avoid direct sunlight, the temperature is 10-30℃ and the humidity is below 70%.
  เงื่อนไขการจัดเก็บที่ดีที่สุดของผลิตภัณฑ์: หลีกเลี่ยงแสงแดดส่องตรง อุณหภูมิ 10-30 ℃ ความชื้นน้อยกว่า 70%
  
  
• 在生产日期后6个月内使用产品，可获得***的使用性能。对日光直射、高温（40℃以上）、高湿（70%RH 以上）、低温（0℃以下）等条件下不作时间上的保证。
  The best performance can be obtained by using the product within 6 months after the production date. No time guarantee is given under the conditions of direct sunlight, high temperature (above 40℃), high humidity (above 70%RH) and low temperature (below 0℃).
